We are building an integrated web/app platform to help global users connect to the internet anywhere in the world using our wide range of eSIM products (a $40B market globally). eSIM is disrupting the traditional telecom industry and we have been an early leader in this race since 2018. We launched our first eSIM products in 2023, raised USD 500,000 in seed funding, and launched the first version of Gohub eSIM app in October 2024. We are on track to scale our revenue approximately four times to USD 4M this year.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated business analyst intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with various departments to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop analytical skills.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Gather requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and reviewing documentation
• Document processes and procedures using flowcharts, diagrams, and other visualization tools
• Identify pain points and areas for optimization in current business processes
• Research and analyze data to draw insights and make recommendations
• Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate analysis and solutions
• Support improvement and implementation initiatives as needed
• Attend project meetings and interact with team members across the organization

Who You Are

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Excel, or other data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Quick learner who can keep up in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of process improvement frameworks
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Understanding of databases and data analysis
• Project management and documentation skills
